Return Policy
Changed your Mind?
No problem! You may return or exchange any product within 30 days, as long as the item is in resalable condition and is returned in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the original and return shipping charges and a restocking fee of 10%. This also applies to orders canceled during transit. If your original purchase price includes shipping, please contact us to confirm the original shipping cost. A refund, credit, or replacement will be issued after we have received the package and confirmed the item is in a resalable condition. Returns will not be accepted if you contact us after 30 days of receiving the item.
Faulty or Incorrect item?
The item needs to be returned. We will pay for return shipping costs. The item will then be replaced or a full refund or credit provided, including the shipping cost. Please contact us ASAP if you would like to make a claim.
Item Damaged in Transit?
Please contact us prior to any installation & as soon as your receive your item to make a claim. We will not negotiate on damaged items after items are installed.
What can be returned?
If you are not home when the courier delivers your item, they will provide you a card with the option of “pick-up from a depot” or “redelivery”. If you are not home the second time, a redelivery fee will be incurred for the subsequent redelivery.
When do items need to be returned by?
Within 30 days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted if you contact us after 30 days of receiving the item.

- If the product is damaged during installation or the vehicle is damaged as a result of incorrect installation, we are not responsible and will not issue a refund or credit.
- When you have received your package, please inspect your product for any manufacturer defects or shipping damage prior to installation. If you notice any damages or defects, please contact us ASAP.
- Before sending any returns or exchanges, please contact our customer service representatives via email info@bison4x4centre.com.au . Please include your order number, a specific description of the damage/problem, photographs, and a clear explanation of your reason. If the return is authorised, you will receive an email with return instructions. All emails will be replied to within 24 business hours.

Dispatch Time
We aim to provide the best delivery experience, ultimately to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business day (of invoice date).
Once you’ve made your purchase, a confirmation is sent to your email address.
Once the goods are dispatched, you will receive an email with the shipping details and tracking number.

Tracking Number
A tracking number will be allocated to your order once your item has been dispatched. Kindly check your account / email for the related invoice and tracking number. Not Home During Delivery?

Self Pick-up Option
We provide “Pick Up” as an option for our local customers. Pick Up is available at any of our retail stores, subjected to respective opening hours.
Please note that if you choose to have your item picked up, you are required to submit a photo of your drivers license for security reasons to our team here.
How to opt for Self Pick-Up?
Follow through the checkout process as usual, and select the “Pick Up” option at Delivery options. We will process the order as usual and you will be notified when your item is ready for pick up. Kindly bring along your purchase invoice and photo identification upon collection.

- We offer professional installation at our workshop In Campbellfield.
- Installation support provided.
- Professional installation is highly recommended,
- We Ship Australia-wide, if the shipping cost not showing contact us for a quote.
- We do not accept PO Box Addresses.
- Please notify us if the order can be left unattended at the appointed address (eg. left by the front door/veranda/gate) if no one is home to avoid extra surcharges.
